To start a return, you can contact us at info@abodewellness.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the relevant address depending on the suppliers requirements.

A restocking fee is a charge applied by a seller when merchandise is returned and needs to be restocked back into
inventory. It's essentially a fee to cover the costs associated with processing the return and preparing the item for resale. Restocking fees vary among sellers and may be a percentage of the item's purchase price or a flat fee. They are typically deducted from the refund amount issued to the customer upon return of the item. Depending on the reason for return and individual supplier this charge may incur but is unlikely.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or ifyou receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items are to be returned in the same condition and packaging as delivered.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
